This memorial is dedicated to my mum Colette. I have set it up in the hope that it will give some
comfort to all her many friends and family who will miss her so very much......
Mum loved life & lived it to the full, she adored all her children, grandchildren &
great-grandchildren. Always surrounded by the love of her family in Ireland she relished when her
young nieces & nephews came to visit.
Mum was Man Utd mad!! even her aches & pains didn't stop her dancing & cheering when they scored a
goal or won a game!
Mum was one in a million, everyone who knew her loved her.
Missing You
We sat beside your bedside,
Our hearts were crushed and sore;
We did our duty to the end,
‘Til we could do no more.
In tears we watched you sinking,
We watched you fade away,
And though our hearts were breaking
We knew you could not stay.
You left behind some aching hearts,
That loved you most sincere.

For many years the family chain
Was closely linked together,
But oh! That chain is broken now,
The main link gone forever.
The sunshine of our happy home,
Must always clouded be,
But Thou O Lord has sent this cross,
We bear it all for Thee.
